Red Sands Country
Lodge is nestled amongst the Kuruman hills. Here you will find a
safe and peaceful place to stay whether you are here on business,
holiday, camping or caravanning.
The Lodge consists of a a thatched reception, bar and renowned
continental a-la-carte restaurant, serving some of the best steaks
the area has to offer.
We cater for
conferences and are very popular for weddings, spit braais and all
sorts of functions. Equipped with a swimming pool to cool off on
those cooking hot Kalahari summer days.
We are situated in a 1800-Ha private nature reserve with 17
different game species. Game drives can be arranged or guests' are
welcome to explore the reserve with their own vehicle.
A Bird watcher’s paradise - so far we have counted 54 different
species as accepted by the South African Bird Atlas Project and
still counting - Thanks to Amanda & Dennis Walden from Lonehill,
Sandton.
We accept all major credit cards. Please inform us of any pets, it
is advised that big dogs stay at home.
Located between Kathu & Kuruman in the most central part of South
Africa, Kalahari, Northern Cape.
